Configure how Pitch Revenue surfaces your work. Changes apply to your signed-in account on this browser and sync to your profile when saved.
Choose which open deal stages appear on your lists and boards: Projects (My Projects, My Team, All Active, Highlighted, Needs attention), the Pipeline Board, the Deal List, and the Home Opportunities summary. Unqualified Lead is off by default — turn it on here only when you need those deals in the list. My Projects is your personal plate (deals you are on, or companies you own). My Team (shown when you have BambooHR directs) is deals assigned to those reports. All Active is the full open book. Closed and archived deals are never included.
This is yours alone — teammates keep their own selection, and shared scoreboards (Sales Dashboard, Estimating Hub org totals) always count every stage. A deal at a hidden stage still opens from a direct link, and each list has a control to show hidden stages for one visit.
