Memorialized storm narrative (Apr 23, 2026 · Kansas City region). Complements the saved-run list and cluster detail.
How damage is shown.
Cluster LSR uses NWS IEM extrema for the whole cluster (one value for the property list in this view).
Live HailTrace (no property_research_snapshots row) is fetched automatically via hailtrace-lookup; cache refreshes about every 24h. The cell shows 24h max hail (rolling window) when present, otherwise post-storm/12-mo from the same payload.
Hail (from DB row) uses saved HailTrace events at the property: the earliest measurable hail on or after the territory storm day (same event_date as the run). If the storm day is not available, the most recent hail in the 12-mo list is used. When a larger storm exists later in the year, a 12-mo max subline may appear. The 2"/53 MPH damage screen is unchanged for cluster LSR.
Includes per-cluster one_sentence (Claude / storm summary), LSR hail/wind, territory table, and property rows. Hail cell is a plain-text line when available.
