The Regional Situation Report is the weekly ops review for the Friday call. It rolls up active jobs, next-week starts, pre-cons, and portfolio health — grouped the way you choose — so leadership can drill into a territory, PM, PEx, or other dimension before the meeting.
The report reads top-to-bottom: status, KPIs, then the Friday ops summary.
Use ↺ Refresh to reload the report. KPI totals update when you change Group By or segment filters.
Filters and navigation sit in the top bar alongside your account.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| User pill | Shows your initials when signed in. Click to open Settings (account, theme, defaults). |
| Group By | Choose how the summary is organized — see next section. |
| Segment | Filter to All segments, Commercial, or Residential. Persists in the URL as ?segment=. |
| Jump to… | Quick links to Command Center, Operations Center, Demand Grid, Thursday Update Agent, and Settings. |
| ⚙ Settings | Opens Project Management settings (default segment, theme, account). |
| ↺ Refresh | Reloads report data and enrichment from Supabase. |
Same grouping dimensions as the Operations Center Gantt — choose the lens that fits your Friday review.
| Grouping | Summary view |
|---|---|
| By Territory | Interactive US map with territory cards. Click a state cluster or card to drill in. Shows the Thursday Update Response Tracker at the bottom. |
| By PEx | Summary table — one row per PEx (or Unassigned). |
| By PM | Summary table — one row per project manager. |
| By Foreman | Summary table — grouped by active foreman assignment. |
| By Superintendent | Summary table — grouped by active superintendent assignment. |
| By City | Summary table — grouped by job city. |
| By Nearest Office | Summary table — grouped by nearest JRCO office on the project record. |
| By Sales Team | US map landing view (like Territory) — pipeline rolled up by each salesperson’s home territory. Account managers are matched to KC, FL, CO, etc. via the person table (work_location) and tbl_sales_reps (region_name). Deals follow the rep, not the job address. |
Column headers change with Group By for table-mode groupings (PM, PEx, etc.). By Sales Team uses the US map landing view; each territory card shows Sold / Forecasted / Warm tier totals with a per-person rollup (account manager name and that person’s total $ in the tier).
| Column | Ops groupings | By Sales Team |
|---|---|---|
| First column | Territory, PM, PEx, etc. | Sales Team (KC, Florida, Colorado, …) |
| Second | Report / Remaining | Sold — tier $ total, then each AM’s sold $ |
| Third | Starts | Forecasted — tier $ total, then each AM’s forecasted $ |
| Fourth | Pre-cons | Warm — tier $ total, then each AM’s warm $ |
| Fifth | Manpower gap | Total pipeline value |
Click any summary row to open the same drill-down detail as territory mode (without the map). Use ← All … to return to the summary.
Your Group By choice is saved in the URL as ?group=pm (etc.) so you can bookmark or share a specific view.
After you select a territory (map) or group (table), the page shows the full Friday ops package for that slice.
When Group By is Territory, a tracker panel appears below the summary showing who has responded to the Thursday Update Agent. Filtered to the selected territory when you drill in. Hidden for non-territory groupings (including By Sales Team).
Click a territory on the map (or its card) to open three pipeline bands for that sales team:
Each tier band opens with an account-manager rollup (name, deal count, total $), then the deal table with property name, scope description, value, stage, and type. Territory assignment uses the account manager’s roster location — person.work_location on wzoby, with tbl_sales_reps.region_name on ydgez as override for named sales reps. Unmatched names roll into Unassigned.
KPI strip shows pipeline dollar totals (Sold, Forecasted, Warm, Total) when this grouping is active. Backlog and archived CenterPoint deals are excluded (same rules as the Gantt). Warm deals must have a deal value greater than $0 to appear in this view.
In-progress jobs in the drill-down use the same health bands as Command Center.
| Band | Criteria |
|---|---|
| RED | Productivity (CPI) < 0.85 or Fcst GM% < 10% |
| YELLOW | CPI 0.85–0.99 or GM% 10–18% |
| GREEN | CPI ≥ 1.0 and GM% ≥ 18% |
Click a job row to expand the latest sitrep / project update inline. Columns include PM, Why flags, Fcst GM%, GM trend, % Done, End Δ, EAC Δ, and Last Report.
Grey operational band listing jobs mobilizing in the next mobilization window (shown in the band subtitle). Desktop table includes PEx, PM, Super, Foreman, material status, total hours, and calendar days. Job code and name are left-aligned in the Job column.
Pre-con meetings scheduled during the report week — date, status, and attendees.
Red band at the bottom of the drill-down for leadership-flagged items — severity, summary, and owner.
On phones and narrow screens, triage and starts use a card-style layout instead of wide tables.
KPIs scroll horizontally. Header controls compress — segment and Group By remain available; Jump to… is hidden on small screens.
Click Task on any starts or triage row to open the inline task form (same pattern as Command Center). Assign title, priority, due date, and owner — the item lands in the Action Queue.
When a job’s Thursday update is missing, the Quick Action column shows Request follow-up instead of Task. This pings the Thursday Update Agent recipient for that job.
| Tool | Use when… |
|---|---|
| Command Center | Daily portfolio triage and action queue. |
| Command Center Help | Full documentation for KPIs, filters, queue, and tasks. |
| Operations Center | Schedule planning — same Group By dimensions on the Gantt. |
| Gantt Help | Gantt grouping, capacity view, and job setup. |
| Thursday Update Agent | Collect weekly job updates before the Friday call. |
| Settings | Account, theme, Command Center defaults, and regional segment default. |
