Use Draw Tools to select an area, then run the check — same flow as the selection panel: HailTrace + rules → preview → optional CenterPoint submit.
Normalized hail_alerts layer: email, NOAA/IEM hail, high wind, and tornado events. Hover an event icon to see the NOAA note.
Raw Local Storm Reports + briefing workflow. Separate from Hail Reports — the two overlays will not draw at the same time.
Default: severe hail only (MAG > 1.75″ — same threshold as map pin color). Check All sizes to include ≤ 1.75″ (non-red) hail.
Opens a review page where you can validate each opportunity and deselect any before creating in CenterPoint. Uses resolved job/site addresses (not raw lat/lon).
Enable Building Scan in Draw Tools, draw a closed fence (lasso), then run the scan from this panel. Requires zoom level 18+ and a small area (same guard as map vision tools). The AI does a best-effort pass — it will miss some roofs, especially in dense blocks or heavy tree cover.
Use a tighter fence (fewer blocks per run) so each building is larger in the snapshot. For wider areas the server may use overlapping tiles to improve coverage. When Google shows a building/address number, that label helps pick the right roof; unnumbered roofs are still included when visible.
ATTOM columns use the same flow as Property Lookup: each AI-detected pin is Google reverse-geocoded, then matched in ATTOM by street address. Coordinate-only ATTOM lookups often snap multiple pins to a single parcel, so address-first matching produces cleaner per-building rows.
If orange pins on the map are far from the building you care about, the AI lat/lng is off — zoom in and tighten the fence, then rerun.
Bounds are set from the map viewport or lasso when you use ⛈ Storm area; they stay on the saved plan and are not edited on this form.
Grid preview draws on the map from bounds + grid size. Wheel-zoom the map to adjust the view. HailTrace is point-based at cell centers. On the swath, each hail color shows one max hail size (″) near that tier’s footprint; full tier counts stay in the legend below.
Saves your Canvas selection as a field canvass plan. Saved research snapshots are required; missing CenterPoint properties are created automatically when you save (same company as neighbor / canvas defaults). Use Send to CenterPoint first if you need full enrichment, companies, or custom CP fields beyond the minimal property.
Plan saved.
Open field canvassYour saved batches (map bulk, canvas plans, and other sources). Open field canvass to work the queue.
Sales / account manager on each property and company. List uses employees ids from CenterPoint (same as single-property submit).
Default: each property gets a Residential client in CenterPoint (Book of Business → Residential) using owner_name from saved research, plus ATTOM/hail/value on the property. Requires owner on every snapshot.
Optional: pick or create one CenterPoint customer for the whole batch (overrides the options above).
